Is your online shop secure?

All sensitive data transferred to and from Kacee J. Designs is encrypted using the most modern technology (SSL 256-bit).

For security reasons, Kacee J. Designs does not save credit card information. The data is immediately passed to the company’s partner systems for payment processing. Squareup, a company specializing in data processing, uses your data solely for the purpose of processing payments.

Will the earrings I purchase be the exact picture shown on the website?

The earrings that a customer orders will match the exact picture shown on the website. Each pair of earrings are customized and are unique in their own way. However, if a pair of earrings are a single color with no pattern, then, one picture may be used to represent the full inventory. If you have questions regarding a pair of earrings, please email Info@kaceejdesigns.com.

What if I want a certain color leather pictured, but in a different shape?

If you are looking for a specific color or shape, please feel free to contact me at Kristin@kaceejdesigns.com and I will do my best to customize something to your liking.

Are the earrings made with nickel-free material?

Yes, the earrings that we make use nickel-free material.

Shipping

What shipping options do you offer?

Currently, we use USPS for all shipping. There is a $3.00 flat rate for single purchases. Purchases that are $30.00 or more then shipping is free within the United States.

How long does the delivery take?

All in-stock items generally take 3-5 business days to process before they are shipped out to the customer. Shipping time varies depending on location.

Can I return my earrings for a refund?

It is very important for us that you are happy with your jewelry. We accept returns and exchanges within the first 7 days of receipt. Items must be in pristine condition, in the original packaging, securely packaged, fully insured and accompanied by our packing slip. We will inspect items upon their timely return, and if all the conditions are met, we will promptly issue a full refund for the piece.

Shipping and insurance charges are not refundable.

Any customized earrings, made or altered just for you, are NOT returnable.
